Meet the Team Behind the Tech
Where It All Began
Where Three Paths Become One Vision
Primarc was never just about merging businesses. It’s about merging mindsets.
What began as three respected names in Northland—Bay of Islands Computers, WildTech Solutions, and OATS—has grown into something larger: a unified force for digital clarity, local trust, and future-focused solutions.
Bay of Islands Computers brought over 20 years of boots-on-the-ground expertise, solving real problems for real people—whether that meant recovering a family’s lost data or helping a motel upgrade their systems without fuss.
WildTech Solutions saw what small businesses were missing—not more hardware, but more clarity. Born out of frustration with bloated IT solutions and scattered marketing promises, it focused on building better systems for modern businesses. Efficient. Purposeful. Actually helpful.
OATS brought steady, hands-on support to the region—holding service contracts across Northland and keeping essential equipment running for their clients. From routine upgrades to critical maintenance, they were on the ground making sure systems stayed online and reliable as businesses grew and tech evolved.
Together, those strengths became Primarc: a full-spectrum technology team built to serve Northland homes, businesses, and everything in between. We’ve grown beyond fixing devices—we’re designing systems, building trust, and helping people get their time back.
We still believe in straight-talking support. In walking people through the “why,” not just the “what.” And in showing up, not just once, but for the long haul.
Because at Primarc, we don’t just work in this community—we’re rooted in it.
